FAQ's

Please submit your RSVP online by April 22, 2024. If you are having issues or would prefer to accept our invitation by phone or email, please contact us directly (contact information in footer below).

The venue is extremely accessible by car/uber/taxi, from both Hamilton and Burlington, or even Toronto. If you choose to stay with our hotel partner, Best Western Plus Burlington Inn & Suites, we would recommend you take an Uber or Taxi (approx 15 mins drive). If you plan to arrive by transit, we recommend you take the GO train to Aldershot station, then take an Uber or Taxi from there (approx 9 mins drive). If you are driving yourself there is plenty of free parking available at the venue.

Please arrive between 3:30-4pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be indoors. If there is rain on our wedding day (shout out to Alanis Morissett!), everything will be moved indoors (same venue).

Please note that the temperatures in May in this area are generally warm during the day (between 15-25 degrees C) and cool at night (between 5-15 degrees C). We suggest you bring a light jacket or sweater as needed. 

Semi-Formal, and pops of colour are a plus! Please avoid high stilettos since the ceremony will be on grass, and we hope our guests will enjoy busting a move on the dance floor! Also, the bridal party will be wearing shades of green, so we recommend you avoid those shades if you'd like to stand out.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! But if you wish to contribute in another way, a monetary gift would be sincerely appreciated to help us start our journey together.
